Open Quartet - 4 members and free age. Teams may be formed only by men, only by women, have 3 women and 1 man or 3 men and 1 woman. 2 men and 2 women will not be allowed, as in this case it will be the mixed team.

Master Quartet - 4 members aged, of all athletes, 40 years old or more, completed by December 31 of the year in which the race takes place. Teams may be made up of men only, women only, have 3 women and 1 man or have 3 men and 1 woman. 2 men and 2 women will not be allowed, as in this case it will be the mixed team.

Mixed Quartet - 4 members, two men and two women. The start must be made by the woman. It is mandatory for each woman to perform at least two laps on the course. If not, the team will be penalized excluding the three fastest laps of the team. The last hour of the test must also be done by a woman.

TRANSFER / CANCELLATION POLICY

After the registration is completed, the event organization will not refund the registration fee to participants who give up participating under any circumstances. Only for orders within 7 days after online purchase. (according to Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code - Law 8078/90)

TRANSFER / CANCELLATION

The athlete may request to cancel his registration, ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY, due to an injury duly confirmed by a medical report. The application deadline is up to 30 days before the race starts. The injured athlete may:
1) Request credit for the amount paid for your registration in the following year's edition of the same event, OR

2) Transfer your registration to another athlete by paying an administrative fee of R $ 30,00.

Procedure for generating credit:

- The participant holding the vacancy must request cancellation of the registration and credit in the amount paid, via email br@brasilride.com.br, stating the order number and CPF of the person responsible.
- After registration ends, to make any changes, a fee of 50% of the paid registration fee will be charged.

Procedure for changing participant:

- The substitute athlete must perform a registration on the website of the company responsible for the registrations, if not already.

AIRPORT TRANSFER CAMPO GRANDE-MS / COSTA RICA-MS / CAMPO GRANDE-MS

- The transfer will leave from Campo Grande International Airport - MS, to the city of Costa Rica - MS, where the Arena Brasil Ride will be located, on the 24th of July (Wednesday) at 13:00 pm. 6 hour travel forecast.
- The return from Costa Rica - MS, to the international airport of Campo Grande - MS, will be on the 29th of July (Monday) at 07:00 h. Estimated arrival in Campo Grande at 13:00
- Transfer fee is R $ 400,00 roundtrip. Payment methods: credit card.

TRANSFER SÃO PAULO / BOTUCATU / COSTA RICA-MS - round trip 

In order to facilitate the transport of interested athletes and escorts from São Paulo and Botucatu to the 24-hour Brasil Brasil Ride in Costa Rica / MS, we are assisting in hiring a chartered bus that will transport athletes to the event.

Transportation will take place by charter bus, leaving São Paulo, passing through Botucatu and direct destination to Costa Rica / MS. On the return, the bus passes through Botucatu and returns to São Paulo. The bus will be destined for mountain bike or trail run athletes and their companions and support.

The city of Costa Rica will provide public schools for accommodation.
Participants in the Brasil Ride 24-hour solo and Trail Run events in Costa Rica - MS, which takes place on the 27th and 28th of July 2019, will have free accommodation at the Municipal Schools of the Municipality. The institutions have all the infrastructure for athletes to accommodate themselves with tranquility and security. 
They have bathrooms with heated showers, as well as air-conditioned rooms where those interested can settle down and prepare for this great event based in Costa Rica. 
Schools will be open to athletes from 07 am on Friday, July 25, and they can remain on the premises until Sunday, July 29, at 12 noon, stressing that the times are in the time zone of Mato Grosso do Sul.
