E-MTB CATEGORY | 3 DAYS

- Male and female category (minimum of 16 years).
- Only electric bikes that respect the Brazilian speed standard with a limit of 25 Km / h.

CANCELLATION POLICY / PARTIAL REFUND / TRANSFER

After the registration is completed, the event organization will not refund the registration fee to participants who give up participating under any circumstances. Only for orders within 7 days after online purchase. (according to Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code - Law 8078/90)

CANCELLATION

- The full refund for CANCELLATION, through direct validation by BRASIL RIDE, will respect article 49 of law 8.078 / 90 of the Consumer Protection Code:
- The consumer can withdraw from the contract, within 7 days of signing or receiving the product or service, whenever the contracting for the supply of products and services occurs outside the commercial establishment, especially by telephone or at home. .
- The convenience fee is non-refundable.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

- Cancellation of registration will be allowed, with a partial refund of 50% of the amount paid, solely and exclusively, due to injury, duly proven by medical certificate, and within 30 days after the date of confirmation of registration.

TRANSFER

- The transfer of the registration will be allowed, solely and exclusively due to an injury, duly confirmed by a medical certificate, within 60 days of the date of the test.
- In case of transferring the registration to another athlete, a 20% fine will be charged on the standard registration fee, respecting the deadline established above.
- The participant holding the vacancy must inform the event organization about the transfer to another athlete (br@brasilride.com.br).
- In case of transferring the registration to the next year's exam, a difference in the corresponding registration fees will be charged.
- If the athlete transfers his registration from one year to the next, he will no longer be able to request a partial refund.
- The participant holding the vacancy must inform the organization of the event regarding the transfer to the following year, informing the name and registration number. (br@brasilride.com.br).

- After registration ends, to make any changes, a fee of 50% of the paid registration fee will be charged.

- Minors under 18 years old must present authorization from the responsible person and deliver on the day of the kit removal.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

This document defines the rules and regulations of the E-MTB modality.
An E-Mountain Bike is a bicycle operated with two sources of energy, the power of the human pedal and an electric motor, which only provides assistance when the cyclist is pedaling.

1. CATEGORIES

1.1 Individual male with a minimum age of 19 years.

1.2 Individual female with a minimum age of 19 years.

2. ROUTE

2.1 Contest format is the 3-stage marathon

3. CHARACTERISTICS OF E-MTB

3.1 Engine assistance up to 25 km / h.
3.2 Technical assistance during the race consists of repairs or replacement of any part of the bicycle other than the frame
3.3 Technical assistance is only authorized in places determined by the organization.
3.4 Bicycle changes are not allowed.
3.5 The e-mtb must be in the bike park for conference
3.6 The organization will define schedules and specifics for checking e-mtb.

4. BATTERIES AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

4.1 Daily energy capacity per pilot
4.2 Capacity should be in the range of 1.950 W to 2.100 W.
Example:
- Cyclists who have a bicycle with 500W batteries will have 4 batteries per day (2 at the beginning + 2 at the filling station).
- Cyclists who have a bicycle with 650W or 700Wh batteries will have 3 batteries per day (2 at the beginning + 1 at the filling station).
- The Organizer will define 1 refueling station in the 2nd stage, where the competitors will have access to their spare batteries that will exchange with the used batteries.
- This point will be informed in order to allow the teams to adapt their strategy according to the location of the filling station.
4.3 Delivery of Extra Batteries:
- The competitor may deliver to the organization 1 battery, PROPERLY IDENTIFIED WITH NAME, TEL and EMAIL, to be taken to the exchange point.
- The organization will only accept batteries PROPERLY IDENTIFIED
- The competitor may replace the battery exclusively in the 2nd stage at the HYDRATION POINT 3.
- The competitor must remove his battery with the organization at the end of the 2nd stage.
- Competitors wishing to charge the battery WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LEAVE THE BATTERY UNLOADED AT THE HYDRATION POINT 3. The organization is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BATTERY LEFT AT THE HYDRATION POINT AND WILL NOT BRING THIS BATTERY BACK.
