Registrations are personal and non-transferable, however, if necessary, the organization will deliver the Kit to third parties upon delivery of the "Authorization for kit withdrawal by third parties" completed and signed, presentation of a copy of the RG of the registered athlete and who will collect the Kit, accompanied by the Statement of responsibility signed by the athlete.

Note: Delivery of the Kit does NOT authorize third parties to participate in the race!

The organization will not send by post or deliver the kit after the pre-established date.

COMMENTS:

After the registration is completed, the event organization will not refund the registration fee to participants who give up under any circumstances. Only for orders within 7 days after online purchase. (according to Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code - Law 8078/90)

The organization may transfer the registration to another athlete that the holder of the vacancy indicates, or generate a credit in the amount that was paid, only and in case of injury, up to 30 days before the race, to be used in another race organized by Roma Comunicação Ltda.

The credit must be used in the same year that the application was made.

The procedure for changing a participant follows:

- The substitute athlete must register with the company responsible for the registrations, if not already;
- After completing the registration, the holder of the vacancy must request the transfer, informing the full name, cpf and data that must be changed, via email br@brasilride.com.br

Here is the procedure to generate credit for withdrawal:

- The participant holding the vacancy must request cancellation of the registration and credit in the amount paid, via email br@brasilride.com.br, informing the order number and CPF of the person responsible;
- The credit will be linked to the CPF of the holder of the vacancy that must be used in a test organized by Roma Comunicação Ltda, in the same year that the registration was made. The credit expires on December 31 of the same year.
- After 31/08/2018, to make any changes, a fee of 50% of the paid registration fee will be charged.

This regulation defines the rules of the event, so it is essential for the competitor to have knowledge of its content.

The participant is solely responsible for obtaining all information about the event, such as: location, date, time, kit withdrawal information, among others.

Equipment: The use of a helmet is mandatory. The pilot is advised to wear gloves, glasses, food and water for his safety and comfort.

The Race: - The athlete will receive a numeral, which must be used in front of his bike during the race. - The routes will be completely marked with marking on the ground (lime), tapes and indication plates. A scout motorcycle will accompany the general leader of the race, indicating the correct path when necessary. A broom car will accompany the last placed. - The route will be mixed made up of trails, trails, streets, natural obstacles such as ascents, descents and others that the athlete must overcome without external support. It is the participant's responsibility to follow the correct route in which he signed up, the route will be available on our website, through a spreadsheet, any change in the route, will be disclosed before the start.

It is mandatory to present the Disclaimer, identity document or photo ID when withdrawing the Kit;

* Entries made from 01/10 will not have a cycling jersey in their Kit, they will only have the bike plate with the chip.

Penalty with disqualification:

- Send incorrect data when filling out the application. - Complete the registration form with false information. - Subscribe to the non-corresponding category. - Do not wear a helmet during the race. - Complete the race without the identification number (except for a fall) - Perform tricks or unfair attitudes against other cyclists. - Change bikes or cyclists - Be accompanied by a support team throughout the course of the race. Cut path or do not go through marked path. - Hitch a ride during the race. - Disrupt the work of the organization before, during or after the race and in determining the results. - Dirty the trails and paths and concentration areas. - Disrespect any member of the organization. - Omitted cases will be judged by the race organizing committee.

The registered athlete is responsible for checking his registration details (age and registered category) in the list published on the website before the start of the race. Incorrect data must be communicated to the organization in writing or email before the start, being subject to disqualification if it competes with incorrect data.

Support:

- During the course, there will be inspectors whose function is to guide the participants on the route, offer support when necessary (if possible), and supervise the passage of the participants. - There will also be a water supply point (s) along the route. - There will also be medical assistance during and at the end of the race for the competitors.

Responsibilities:

The registered competitor will sign a term of responsibility of his own free will showing that he has read and complies with its regulations. You are aware that this competition is a risky sport. He attests that he is clinically fit and properly trained. You agree to observe any official race decision regarding the possibility of ending it safely. It assumes all risks in running the World Cup, including those related to falls, contacts with other participants, assault, weather effects, including high heat and / or humidity, circuit and traffic conditions. Having in mind this waiver of rights and knowing all these facts already cited, you accept the registration and exempt the organizers, all their sponsors, supporters, their representatives or successors from all claims or responsibilities for any fact that puts them out of participation in the XCM Marathon Brasil Ride. Grants permission to the organization to use photos, films, recordings, etc. for disclosure that shows participation.

ATTENTION: The race can be postponed in case of bad weather (heavy rain, gale, others), or if it rains in excess during the race week, damaging the circuit and impairing the physical integrity of the participants. It is the participant's responsibility to see the information on our website the day before the race, if there is a change the participant can use his registration for the new date or for the next stage. The new date will be made available within 30 days on our website.

The participant who gives his number to another person will be responsible for any accident or damage that person may suffer. It is mandatory to use the identification number during the entire test, being subject to disqualification participants who do not comply with this article!

Any complaint about the final result of the competition must be made, in writing, up to thirty minutes after the results have been published upon payment of a fee of R $ 200,00, which will be refunded in the event of an organization error, and will be analyzed commission made up of the race management, athletes and parties involved.
