The BRAZIL CUP Brasil Ride XCO, with points in the UCI Ranking in the Elite and Junior categories, male and female, returns to Amparo. Mountain bike mode disputed with several laps in a closed circuit. The circuit can vary between 5 km and 9 km formed by sections with technical descents and climbs, rock gardens, sections of single tracks, tree roots, among other characteristics. The competition time does not exceed 2 hours similar to the Olympic format. The city chosen for the Brasil Ride Bike Club is Amparo, in the interior of São Paulo, where a completely new and modern track was built, providing a new experience for mountain bike lovers. Be welcome!

CANCELLATION POLICY / PARTIAL REFUND / TRANSFER
After the registration is completed, the event organization will not refund the registration fee to participants who give up participating under any circumstances. Only for orders within 7 days after online purchase. (according to Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code - Law 8078/90)
CANCELLATION
- The full refund for CANCELLATION, through direct validation by BRASIL RIDE, will respect article 49 of law 8.078 / 90 of the Consumer Protection Code:
- The consumer can withdraw from the contract, within 7 days of signing or receiving the product or service, whenever the contracting for the supply of products and services occurs outside the commercial establishment, especially by telephone or at home. .
- The convenience fee is non-refundable.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
- Cancellation of registration will be allowed, with a partial refund of 50% of the amount paid, solely and exclusively, due to injury, duly proven by medical certificate, and within 30 days after the date of confirmation of registration.
TRANSFER
- The transfer of the registration will be allowed, solely and exclusively due to an injury, duly confirmed by a medical certificate, within 60 days of the date of the test.
- In case of transferring the registration to another athlete, a 20% fine will be charged on the standard registration fee, respecting the deadline established above.
- The participant holding the vacancy must inform the event organization about the transfer to another athlete (br@brasilride.com.br).
- In case of transferring the registration to the next year's exam, a difference in the corresponding registration fees will be charged.
- If the athlete transfers his registration from one year to the next, he will no longer be able to request a partial refund.
- The participant holding the vacancy must inform the organization of the event regarding the transfer to the following year, informing the name and registration number. (br@brasilride.com.br).
- After registration ends, to make any changes, a fee of 50% of the paid registration fee will be charged.
- Minors under 18 years old must present the registration form with the signature of the responsible person in the authenticated and authenticated signature, which must be delivered on the day the kit is removed.

4. ANTI-DOPING
The XCO Brasil Ride Series follows WADA's policy on the use of prohibited substances in cycling while intrinsically preserving the values of clean sport. Thus, it is possible that anti-doping tests can be performed in any category

6.1 CASH AWARDS

8. SUPPORT TO ATHLETES
8.1 Support for athletes may be done exclusively within the area demarcated by the organization. Support outside this area is subject to penalty.
8.2 A maximum of 2 people per team and 1 person per athlete will be allowed.
8.3 The support team must register with the organization before the start. Only accredited people are allowed to stay in the support area.
8.4 The athlete who needs mechanical support must stop in the area marked by the organization to receive it.
8.5 The athlete cannot access the support area on the opposite side of the track.
8.6 The support team must not run alongside the cyclist. All material or supplies received must be delivered by hand.
8.7 The support team can deliver food, tools and make mechanical repairs to the bike.
8.8 Mechanical repairs outside the support area are allowed to be carried out exclusively by the athlete himself, without any assistance from another person. Borrowing a tool, air pump, etc., is subject to a penalty.
8.9 The use of any type of communication, radio and/or cell phone, between the athlete and his team is not allowed.
11. RESOURCE
Upon payment of R$200,00 (two hundred reais) at the event secretary, if the claim is valid, the amount will be returned to the claimant.
The Event will be governed by this regulation, omitted cases, will follow the CBC/UCI regulation in that order. The appeals will be judged by the College of Competition Commissioners and by the Superior Court of Sports Justice.
The decisions of the College of Commissioners are final and not subject to appeal.

PARTICULAR REGULATION OF THE EVENT
1) Every athlete/representative must present their CBC license or photo ID along with proof of payment to pick up their kit at the Event secretary.
2) The athlete can only enter the track, both for training and competition, carrying his/her identification plate/number.
3) Identification numbers cannot be cut, altered or damaged.
4) The athlete who leaves the course during the race for any reason must return to the course from the same point where he left.
5) Supply and technical assistance are allowed only in the zones designated for this purpose. Glasses exchanges must take place at the same location.
6) Only those carrying an ID will enter the supply-technical assistance area, which will be distributed at the Event Secretariat.
7) Contact between supporter and athlete will only be allowed in the supply-technical assistance zones.
8) It is not allowed to splash water on the athlete or on the bicycle.
9) The manager must not run through the entire supply zone alongside the athlete to supply. Food must be passed from hand to hand.
10) Bike exchange is not allowed.
11) Athletes will not be allowed to start wearing the jerseys of Brazilian champions who do not hold this title in 2019 or from previous years, as well as uniforms of the Brazilian National Team or selection of other countries or uniforms of world champions.
12) The athlete must start with his Team-Sponsor's shirt. It cannot be sleeveless. Example: hollow shirt.
13) In case of using a raincoat, it must be transparent.
14) For the event, the athlete must carry his nameplate on the handlebars and his dorsal number on the back, at the height of the shirt pocket.
