Remarks:

After the registration is completed, the event organization will not refund the registration fee to participants who give up under any circumstances. Only for orders within 7 days after online purchase. (according to Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code - Law 8078/90)

TRANSFER / CANCELLATION

The athlete can request the cancellation of his registration, solely and exclusively, due to a duly proven injury. The application deadline is 45 days before the start of the race. A credit will be generated in the amount paid for registration for use in the same event of the following year or an event organized by Roma Comunicação Ltda.

The athlete can transfer his registration to another athlete by paying the administrative fee of R $ 30,00.

The procedure for changing a participant follows:

- The substitute athlete must perform a registration on the website of the company responsible for the registrations, if not already.
- After completing the registration, the holder of the vacancy must request the transfer, informing the full name, cpf and data that must be changed, via email br@brasilride.com.br

Here is the procedure to generate credit for withdrawal:

- The participant holding the vacancy must request cancellation of the registration and credit in the amount paid, via email br@brasilride.com.br, stating the order number and CPF of the person responsible.
- The credit will be linked to the CPF of the holder of the vacancy that must be used in a test organized by Roma Comunicação Ltda, in the same year that the registration was made. The credit expires on December 31 of the same year.
- After registration ends, to make any changes, a fee of 50% of the paid registration fee will be charged.

Minors under 18 years old must present an enrollment form with the signature of the responsible person in the authenticated and authenticated responsibility statement, which must be delivered on the day of the kit removal.

1. Who can participate: - Regularly registered athletes of both sexes can participate in the race.

The categories foreseen will be by age and sex (male and female) The minimum age allowed for PARTICIPATION IS 16 FULL YEARS. Runners aged between 16 and 17 must have express written authorization from their parents or guardians to withdraw the kit.

The age to be considered, mandatorily, for the purposes of classification by age groups is that which the athlete will have on December 31 of the year of the RACE.

By registering for BRASIL RIDE TRAIL RUN, the participant ACCEPTS ALL the terms of the REGULATION and assumes TOTAL responsibility for his participation in the race.

THE ATHLETE IS FORBIDDEN TO ASSIGN YOUR CHEST NUMBER TO ANOTHER ATHLETE. IF THAT OCCURS, THE EVENT ORGANIZATION IS EXEMPT FROM ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND OR NEED TO SERVICE AND EXEMPTS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FROM ALL INVOLVED IN THE EVENT ORGANIZATION.
IF THIS OCCURS THE ATHLETE WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

2. The Test: - The athlete will receive a numeral, which must be used in front in a visible way. - The courses will be completely demarcated with marking on the ground (lime), tapes and indication plates and are not closed to local traffic, the competitor must take the necessary precautions. - The route will be mixed, made up of trails, trails, streets, dirt roads, with natural obstacles such as uphill, downhill and others that the athlete must overcome without external support. It is the participant's responsibility to follow the correct path in which he / she signed up. Any change in the route will be announced before the start.
- In each stage there will be a maximum time to go through the circuit, which will be informed on the day of the event before the start, after that time the timing work and the beginning of the results calculation will be closed.
- The organization reserves the right to partially change the route displayed on the site for reasons of force majeure, even if this implies changing distances. previously informed

4. Award:

4.1. If the athlete qualifies among the top three in his category and finishes the race after 12:00, he must withdraw his medal right after the end of the award. Still, if you do not withdraw, the medal will be available within 30 days and will be delivered by hand only at the event office in Botucatu.

4.2. Any complaint about the final result of the competition must be made, in writing, up to thirty minutes after the results have been published upon payment of a fee of R $ 200,00, which will be refunded in the event of an organization error, and will be analyzed commission made up of the race management, athletes and parties involved.

5. Penalty with disqualification:
- Send incorrect data when filling out the application.
- Complete the registration form with false information.
- Subscribe to the non-corresponding category.

6. Support: - During the course, there will be inspectors whose function is to guide the participants on the route, offer support when necessary (if possible), and supervise the passage of the participants. - There will also be medical assistance during and at the end of the race for the competitors.

7. Responsibilities: The registered competitor will sign a term of responsibility of his own free will and that he has read and is in accordance with its regulations. You are aware that this competition is a risky sport. He attests that he is clinically fit and properly trained. You agree to observe any official race decision regarding the possibility of ending it safely. It assumes all risks in running, including those related to falls, contact with other participants, assault, weather effects, including high heat and / or humidity, circuit conditions. Having in mind this waiver of rights and knowing all these facts already cited, he accepts the registration and exempts the organizers, all their sponsors, supporters, their representatives or successors from all claims or responsibilities for any fact that puts out the participation of Brasil Ride TRAIL RUN. 8.1. ATTENTION: The race can be postponed in case of bad weather (heavy rain, gale, others), or if it rains in excess during the race week, damaging the circuit and impairing the physical integrity of the participants. The new date will be available within 30 days on our website.

8.2. Registration for the Brasil Ride Trail Run is personal and non-transferable, and no one person can be replaced by another in any situation. The participant who gives his number to another person will be responsible for any accident or damage that person may suffer.

8.3. Note: Delivery of the Kit does NOT authorize third parties to participate in the race!

8.4. After registration is complete, the event organization will not refund the registration fee to participants who withdraw from participation. The participant holding the vacancy must communicate with the order number and CPF of the responsible person via email br@brasilride.com.br

The registration team will receive the request and after validating the cancellation with the organization within 72 working hours, it will leave the amount paid as a credit for a new registration. If the difference is less than the amount paid, there will be no refund.
In case of withdrawal: Only through direct validation of Brasil Ride, being carried out only for orders within 7 days after online purchase. (according to Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code - Law 8078/90)
